What to begin with when you want to eat healthier?
It’s often that I see on Facebook women asking around what they should begin with to eat healthier. I saw some comments from other women, some very good, some very questionable. Instead of writing a small comment there, I decided to make a video to answer the question.
This answer is not based on “what worked for me”. I must admit, I always ate quite healthy. This answer is based on what medical science knows today, but also what centenary traditions can teach us.
